1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on Tracksaga, including Premium subscriptions and shop purchases (points, cosmetics).
2. Prices and Payment
- Prices are displayed in euros (€) including tax.
- Payment is processed via Stripe, our secure payment provider.
- Orders are confirmed after payment validation.
3. Premium Subscription
3.1 Description
The Premium subscription gives access to exclusive features: more badge slots, exclusive themes, and bonus points.
3.2 Billing
The subscription is billed monthly. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the due date.
3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without prorated refund.
4. Shop Purchases
4.1 Virtual Points
Points are virtual currency usable only on Tracksaga. Unused points are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
4.2 Cosmetic Items
Cosmetic items (frames, banners, themes, etc.) are non-transferable digital goods linked to your account.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase. By making a purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
6. Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Technical error preventing access to purchased content.
- Accidental double billing.
- Content not matching description.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
8. Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Competent courts are those of Tracksaga's headquarters.
